If you know a business in the Madison area that needs better IT support, introduce us. When your referral signs a managed services agreement, we will thank you with a referral reward.

How the program works

• Submit a referral by sharing the company name and primary contact with our team.
• We connect with that business, review their environment, and provide recommendations.
• If they become a qualified managed IT client, you receive your referral reward.

Referral reward

Reward amounts are based on service scope and contract value. We confirm the reward details once the referred account is active and billing has started.

Program eligibility

• The referred company must be a new lead that is not currently active in our pipeline.
• The business must be located in our service area and fit our support profile.
• Reward is issued after the new client signs and completes onboarding milestones.

Referral terms

Referral payouts are available for qualified managed IT services agreements. Projects, one-time support, or short-term engagements may not qualify. IT Support Madison reserves the right to update this program and eligibility criteria at any time.
